180 x 55 x 90cm SS 304 Leg - 16*0.4mm / top - 12*0.5mm / wing - 10*0.5mm 2.1mm Shrink wrape with color paper; 6 pcs per outer 4 plastic corner caps for the feet Stability test of the Cloth dryer: we determine the maximum load that the cloth dryer can stand on each wing before loosing stability. - Simulation load test of the structure and the ribs for 72 h: we calculate the deformation in mm of the ribs at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h. The final testing load is 12 kg on the central part of the structure and 2,5 kg on each wing (calculated according to the maximum weight of wet cloths that can fit the cloth dryer). The load is applied progressively: 0-24h: 4,8 kg on the central part of the structure and 1,0 kg on each wing. 24-48h: 4,8 kg are added on the central part and 1,0 kg on each wing. 48-72h: 2,4 kg are added on the central part and 0,5 kg on each wing. Before adding the load, a cardboard plate, which covers the ribs, is put over the cloth dryer to homogenize the load. - Oxidation test in chamber according to UNE-EN ISO 9227:2007 for 96 hours. Photos of the product are taken at 24 h, 48 h and 96 h to show the evolution. The results are compared to the competitor's sample. As a reference, at 24 h no oxidation or damage of the cloth dyer should be detected and at 48 h, just slightly. This test has to do with the material. If the alloy of all materials and the painting are good enough, shouldn't be any problem to pass the test. |
